Hot Topics in Neonatology® is excited to bring neonatologists from all over the world together at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, Maryland. This year we will continue to offer Hot Topics as a hybrid conference experience and provide attendees two registrations to choose from based on their personal attendance preference:

Join us onsite at the Gaylord National through the In-Person Attendee Pass.
Registration includes attendance at the live In-Person conference in National Harbor, Maryland, along with access to the conference platform, breakfast, coffee breaks and cocktail receptions. The conference platform includes the Poster Showcase and Session Library for Hot Topics in Neonatology®. The Session Library (recordings of sessions not under embargo* will be available beginning 24 hours after the live event and will close 60 days after the conference (February 11, 2025).
* Embargoed sessions are not permitted to be recorded because they are pending publication.

Registration Discount Available
There is a 10% discount on registration for early career neonatologists who are members of the Trainee and Early Career Neonatologist (TECaN) group of the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) section on Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine. The discount code will be shared directly with group members by TECaN. It is only available to attendees who register online with the discount code.

Registration Discount Available

Need to register multiple attendees with one payment? Travel agents and neonatology departments may submit a group registration form and make one payment for the Hot Topics in Neonatology and/or Neonatal Quality at Hot Topics 2024 Hybrid Conference.

General Group Registration Information:
- There is no minimum number of attendees for a group and we do not offer any group discount for either attendee pass.
- Please complete and return the attached Registration Spreadsheet with all requested information. Please note the following:
- Delegates can choose one conference or mix and match In-Person and Live Stream passes. (See examples on the Registration Spreadsheet)
- Each listed attendee must have an email address that is unique to them to access the conference platform.
- Once each attendee is entered into our system, we will send the group coordinator an invoice and payment instructions. Payment can be made with credit card or wire transfer.
- When registrations are finalized, delegates will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received.
- We will send delegates the platform log-in information on December 6, 2024. This link is specific to each individual attendee for entry to the virtual conference platform.
- After the conference, registrants will be emailed instructions to claim credit and print their certificate.
- Group coordinators will be copied on everything at the end of the conference, including registration confirmations and certificates.
- The Gaylord National in National Harbor, Maryland is the host hotel. To reserve a block of 10 or more rooms at the group discounted rate, call the Group Sales department at (301) 965-5998.
Attendee Pass Information and Registration Rates
Register your group as soon as possible to ensure they are registered.
In-Person attendees will have the option to attend satellite sessions, view the Poster Showcase, access to all exhibitors and the ability to network with other neonatologists.
All delegates will have access, until February 11, 2025, to their registered event conference platform to download conference materials, view the Poster Showcase and watch recorded sessions (not under embargo*. Everything highlited above is included at no extra charge.

- Early Bird pricing will be honored for all registrations in progress and paid before September 16, 2024.
- You may submit rosters or substitute attendees until November 11 with no additional charge.
- The deadline for registration is November 11, 2024, although we anticipate we will fill sooner.

Cancellation Policy
In-Person registrations can be transferred to a Live Stream attendee pass registration without a processing fee.
In-Person and Live Stream cancellations require a WRITTEN cancellation request emailed to the Office of CME before November 11, 2024. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for both types of conference registration.
