*Daily Hotel fee of $27 is included in the room rate for conference attendees staying within the Hot Topics hotel block.
Discounted room block deadline is November 11, 2024 (or until sold out). After November 11, 2024, the room rate will be honored based on space and availability.

Gaylord National Harbor offers self-parking and valet parking for hotel guests and visitors. Self-parking is $36 and valet parking is $59, per day.
**Conference attendees staying within the Hot Topics hotel block will receive $8 off self-parking, per day.
